I scheduled my appt online and in the appt request I checked several services including wiper blades. I also stated in the comment that I would like to have everything checked. Your website said you had an all points safety or service check. The lady who checked me in asked me what I needed. i explained that I needed everything checked - that it hadn't been serviced that I knew of and that it pulled to the left and vibrated when idling and in lower gears. I was told it would be a couple of hours if I was waiting. I assumed as much and had brought stuff to do so I was fine with that. After a little time she called me up to the desk and told me I needed 4 tires which I knew and had planned on. I had a coupon for a free alignment and $10.00 off my bill. I asked her if I needed to give her those at the that time and she said no I could when I paid my bill. Side note she is very friendly and nice I have no complaint about her attitude at all. So, I figured that when they were ready to put the tires on they would come and get me since you had several deals on tires and I wanted to know what the deals were and which would be best for my car. I also wanted to know what they found under the hood and what was causing it to vibrate so badly. Not too much longer after that I was called up and told that they had put the tires on and I was kind of surprised that I hadn't been consulted - so I asked if there was a warranty on them - she said they were Big O tires so they had a lifetime warranty and if I was to go to a different store I would have to take the paperwork with me. She told me that the vibrating was because my tired needed to be replaced and it should be fine now. I took the paperwork, paid my bill and left. On the way home I let the steering wheel go and it wasn't veering to the left anymore but since I took the Snyder home I really didn't have a chance to be in lower gears for very long. Once I did get a chance I looked at my paperwork because I wanted to read what she had given me. The warranty says that I do not have Big O brand tires so my warranty is limited to 3 years and only covers road hazard damage. I have thought a lot about this and I normally don't complain about much - but the more I think about it the more frustrated I feel. I hope this was a one off and not your normal practice.

The service was average. By this I mean that on the same stretch of road there are many oil change business and nothing at Big O stood out that would make me return again. The online coupon I used brought the price down to $28, which is the price most oil change places charge In the area. Again nothing wrong with the service, my car was ready under 90 minutes. Just nothing above average that would make me choose Big O again. In my opinion what gets repeat service from customers is when the service people are a little more personable with the customer.

Big-O Middletown does consistently excellent work, and in a timely manner. I never have to worry about their quality and integrity.

Had an Oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to call when complete. They did not, which has happened in the past.

I appreciated the quickness and ease for the service, they did a fine job. I did not appreciate being called "young lady"�, as that is condescending and sexist.

I will always take my car to Big O in Middletown. I used to always deal with Mike and he was a great person but when I visited on Friday, I was greeted by a very friendly female employee (sorry I do not know her name) and she was equally as great!

I waited 8 days for a special order tire when told it would only take 3 days. Once it arrived and I brought the car in they took care of me expeditiously. I was informed that there was a $30 shipping fee that was never mentioned in the before order quote. The fee was waived when I bought it up.

Overall, I was very pleased with Big O. I was given a number of options for pricing, and how to keep costs down. Because of the cost, I had Big O replace two tires, instead of all four right now, since I will better be able to afford the other two, at a different time. The only problem I have noticed, however, is of the two tires that remained, one was showing low pressure. I pointed that out to the person who helped me, and thought that the problem with low pressure would be fixed, while Big O had the car. I noticed later that day and days following that the problem was not fixed; the very same tire that was low when I brought it in is still low. That is probably my only complaint about my service. It should have been fixed. Thank you.

The Middletown, KY Big-O store always gives me prompt, reasonably priced service. My wife, son and I are all taking our vehicles there for various services. They always communicate what they will do, and never try to take advantage of the customer, thereby earning repeat business down the road. Good news travels fast!

i was told by a manager that I need to have the front end of the car check after they had put my new tire on. They didn't elaborate on it. They walked off and helped other customers.

We have four cars and I'm a regular customer, but this was the first visit I felt taken advantage of and didn't get my money's worth. First, I made an appointment online but it was not confirmed and not in the system, so I was treated like a walk-in. I've had this online appointment problem before. Also, I had a customer-supplied part which Big-O asked me to buy on my previous visit. I got charged for a full hour of labor when the job took 20-30 minutes. And some old bolts were left under the hood. But I'll keep coming back based on my many good experiences previously.

A family member visited this store a few weeks ago. He discovered upon reading the break down of charges that he was charged for a warranty that he did not ask for. He asked for it to be removed and it was. He was not told about the charge until he asked to see the statement. This was not the best experience.

Great reviews noted, appmt this morning (mar 28); told to come on in, 3 employees, side by side, no social distancing and said they would get in my car to pull into bay. Everyone wants to get back to work, the only way is measured by reduction of covid deaths. Everyone else has tape down, staying 6 ft apart, etc Some people don't come close to this common sense, and the 3 employees don't realize they are sharing the virus, it leap frogs and 2 more weeks starting over due to the long incubation period. Most everyone is working together to beat this thing and not sharing the virus they can't see to their families and customers families. I left cancelled the appmt, I cannot believe how far behind Big O tires is, while everyone else does the right thing, speaking 6 feet apart for starters, tape on the floor, etc
