I have been a customer at this store for over 7 years and the service is consistent and management puts the customer first. Will continue to use the services provided here for both personal and business use.

Great service

I had to have a headlight changed on my Chrysler 200. I asked if it would be fairly quick so I could take care of the repair on my lunch break. The guy said yes come on in. I was in the shop for 2 hours! After an hour in, I was told that they didn't have the bulb and they'd have to get it! I understand changing this headlight is not easy, I've seen it done before; however, better time estimates need to be given and don't say someone can come in on their lunch. I don't get a 2 hour lunch. People were in there unhappy due to the wait and asked if they should come another day. Make better time estimates.

Had to have nail removed from tire. Gave them my keys, poured a cup of free coffee, began to read their free newspaper, when they let me know my car was ready to go. I hardly had time to finish my coffee! People are friendly, service is excellent and prices are fair. I highly recommend. Depending on when you plan to go you may want to call first and make an appointment. Sometimes they are very busy.

I went to Big O in Middletown and had a great customer service experience. They were prompt, courteous, and fast. I highly recommend them the next time you need new tires or a repair.

The staff was extremely attentive to my needs and very thorough and got me in and out quickly. I will definitely recommend this location to others.

Would have liked dropping my car off at 7:30 am rather than waiting until 8:00am.

I have been taking my car to Big O ever since I got new tires for oil changes and tire rotations. I have always felt like Big O was fair with their prices and not pushy. I needed new brakes and was told exactly what I had to do that day to be safe. I am a single mom who is on a strict budget. I appreciate the knowledge of the technicians. Thank you!

Even though it was an extremely busy day, the Big O in Middletown provided quality service for a FREE tire rotation. We use this store routinely for our company vehicles tire needs and have always been pleased with the service.

great, however car was parked far in the back through gravel and big muddy holes and the parking lot is just not clean or safe and it was cold out, would have been nice for them to bring the car around. He gave me my keys and I said, thank you, where is my car, he said on in the back. I said okay, I couldn't see it so that is why I asked. He then said oh you want me to get it. At that point I said no, that should be the norm if it is not parked on the side or front for the customer. Other than that it was a really great experience and the brakes are great and the price was great.

I live in another county and still drive to only have my car worked on at Big O in Middletown. The only folks I trust to take care of my car!

We spent $950 on 4 new tires and an alignment. I had just had my car washed the week before, however, when I picked up my car, there was grease (black dust) all over the wheels. The grease wouldn't come off by spraying the wheels with water. Instead, I had to get a bucket with cleaner and hand wash each wheel. I think the car should have come back to me in the same condition as it was when I put it in the shop. Thank you.

The new oil filter had scratches and was very oily on the outside. Could not tell if the new filter was leaking or if the mechanic was a slob.

My partner was remembered the Lady behind the desk and she was very warm and funny. Really brightened our day!
