Big O Tires

Came in for basic oil change and tire rotation. I also asked them to test the battery is ce the original is 4 years old. They pointed out the test recommended to change it but only barely. Suggested that I watch it and if I have any troubles with starting to change it out then. They weren't pushy trying to make a sale on a battery that day.

Outstanding service at the Middletown, Kentucky branch over the past 20 years - I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Just last week I had a flat and even though it was 1/2 an hour prior to opening, they took my car in, fixed the puncture, and so I was able to get to my appointment on time.

Big O did a good good job with my service, changed oil and filter checked alignment and found that it needed re-alignment. They did the service in a reasonable amount of time and were very friendly.
