We have been taking our cars to this location for almost 14 years and we have always gotten the best service. I do not plan to take my car anywhere else, I trust the employees while heartedly and Mike has always gone above and beyond to provide the best service. Thank you!

I had a new alternator & battery installed. 2 weeks later, my car did not start. I jumped it...thought maybe there was a problem with the new battery & new alternator. They checked out the whole system and found out that a back seat dome light was left on. It drained the battery completely. No repair was needed. There was no charge for the service - despite the fact that the issue was caused by me (or my kids in the back seat) Also, on the previous visit, they installed the new alternator, found it was not working, and had to aquire and reinstall a new alternator. I know it cost them more labor....and that charge was not passed on to me.

Easy in and easy out

We brought one of our vintage cars ('86 Jaguar XJ6) in for tire rotation and balancing and was so pleased, we came back a week later with our other vintage car ('94 Jaguar XJS). The technicians took particular care with these 'grand old ladies' and we will continue to bring all of our cars to this Big O location because of the people there and their customer service!

The store was extremely busy but wait times were manageable and service was great.

I came in to have two flat tires repaired. The Big O Tires Team fixed my problem in less than 45 min and they repaired them for free due to COVID-19. I did not expect to have this service done for free, but it was greatly appreciated and a big surprise. I left a very happy customer. David Dittmer was very pleasant to work with as well.

I like coming to Big I because they don't try to push me to buy a bunch of stuff. I thought I had an issue with me brakes but they took a look and told me I was all good so they saved me money. I went to Valvoline once and they tried to upsell everything and it was very frustrating. I prefer going to Big O to have my service done.
