I live in Shelby Co and drive to Big O in Middletown because the service there is so great! I've been taking my car there for 5 years now and have never had a bad experience. I had my car in for an oil change and the staff noticed that I had a lug nut missing. I appreciate that they watch out for my car when things like that happen. If you're not going to Big O in Middletown KY, you're missing out!
