The gentlemen that helped me went above and beyond to help me. I told him I was going on vacation, and they did a service to make sure everything was was good.

I love this Big O location. They are always very knowledgeable and friendly. I've brought my car in for service before and they've been honest and said I didn't need this service at this time. As a woman, especially, it's nice to know there's an auto repair shop that you can trust will not try to rip you off. I always bring my car (and my kids cars) here and I always highly recommend them to friends and family as well.

Dropped a tire off to be repaired. They immediately pointed out the tire needed to be replaced, and offered me a deal on 4 tires I could not pass up. The car is my daughter's and I'm very happy they noticed the weakness in the tire for her safety.

I took our expedition in for shocks/ball joints. The reason was it was at another repair shop (oil change) and we were told we needed shocks, struts as well as upper and lower ball joints and had estimated the work at $1,700 + First we did NOT need shocks or struts ball joint (lower) and tie rod yes. My cost... $560. You guys are the best.
