Showed up at 8:15 and out the door and heading home by 9:05.

I have brought my truck here for 8 years and have had consistently good service.

I had a flat tire and the service was fantastic to fix my rim and tire.

Was unsure of what was causing a strange noise and they were able to diagnose and fix my car in one day.

They noticed things that needed attention and let me know. They were all is friendly. I had left my debit card on the table at home I discovered when I started to pay. The girl at the counter waited while I went home to get it unbelievable in a large city. I was so impressed with her customer service.Thanks

I scheduled an appointment for noon with hopes to get 4 new tires the same day. The tires I wanted were not in the store, but Joe reassured me they could get the tires the same day. My car was hooked up with four new tires and I was back in my car by 3:30!

Walked right in made an appointment and the car was ready within 2 hours. Came back and have me free tire patch fix.

They replaced my AC unit.Expensive job, but in line with the dealers.

The work was completed in the estimated time.

Mike Edwards and his crew took great care of me and my car. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes with 4 new tires that were balanced to perfection. The service there was excellent. I had been to other Big O's across Louisville and Elizabethtown and one of the centers stole stuff out of my car and the other one has terrible customer service. As soon as I walked into Mike's store I could tell that everyone knew they had a job to do but at the same time they also knew that they could have fun doing it. Great place and I will definitely be back for other service needs. Thanks again to Mike and all of his crew!

It was time for tire balance and rotation. I took my Pathfinder to Big O and got that service performed. No problems at all.

Chris and Liz always greet me with a smile. There is a discount tire store that is one mile from my house but I go the extra 6 miles bc Chris always takes care of me and my family. Thanks for the great service as usual.
