Big O Tires

I have been going to Big O in Middletown for many years. My experience has always been great. If not met at my Jeep, someone is ready to open the door for me. The staff are quick to take care of my service needs. They are friendly, professional, and thorough in their work. I am always pleased with the work done for me by Big O.

Technician seemed knowledgeable. Lugnuts were torqued. Desk person was friendly. I was in and out in 16 minutes.

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable employees. I will bring my car here every time I need maintenance.

I received a free quote on tires and it was a lot lower than their competitors.

Called to see how busy they were and was met in the Parking lot by David Dittmer, rotation and balance was completed and back on the road in less them 15 Minutes.

Stopped in this week and explained my steering wheel was vibrating; the slower I went the vibrating increased.Well they went right to the problem no time wasted.The problem was just as they had suspected. One of my front tires was just about to blow a belt and there was a tire on the back that also showed excessive wear and tear.They explained all of my options thoroughly.Once I decided to chose the Big O brand deal, they went right to work putting on a complete set and I was out in no time.What a great improvement.This is not the first time I have gone to Big O and it certainly will not be the last.I have full confidence they know what they are doing.Thanks Big O....:)

My wife and I have dealt with David Dittmer in the past. We have purchased tires for my truck and my wifes car and David has always exceeded our expectations! Yesterday we had our sick dogs (2 of the 3) at the Vet and I noticed the tire light come on in the car. I dropped off my wife and our dogs at our home and took our car to your Middletown Big O location without an appointment. Staff is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Used night drop box and was contacted by 8:15 the next morning. I'd be a happy man if all things were as efficient as my Middletown Big O.

I am a returning customer and had a great experience. Applied for the credit card, bought 4 new tires,alignment, and brake shoes fixed where i had difficulties getting them on (thought i had done them well). All done in 2 1/2 hours.
