I've been a customer of big o for more than 30 years. Always been treated nice. Im more concerned with service and honesty than price. I believe the price is right as well.

Very quick. Had a ticket made and my vehicle was in line for service within minutes. Staff was very friendly and informative.

Best automotive service in the city.

Other than being confused on pricing for a used tire and the price to have it put on the rim and balanced along with the 2 hour wait, everything else was great. Restroom was clean. Vending machine stocked. Employees were very friendly and knew what they were talking about. Kris is the gentleman who took care of my sign in/ paying and he did well other not being sure what to even charge for the tire he put on my car. It was overall a good experience and I’ll be back in the future.
