Big O Tires

The staff at Big O Tires was friendly, professional,and thorough. We are from out of town and they addressed our issue quickly and efficiently. The cost for their service was extremely reasonable and we were very pleased when we were contacted about our car being ready. Using Big O Tires was a pleasure. When we are Louisville again, we will definitely use them if we have any service needs.

I keep coming back to Big O because they are honest and do good work.

In for regular oil change and ended up discussing tires, alignment and couple of minor maintenance issues for the not to distant future - within the month. The best thing I ever did with my vehicle was to put a set of Big O lifetime warranty tires on it! Any damage, repair or replacement needed that has occurred since then, has been fully covered under the warranty and dealt with promptly and cheerfully, no questions asked. I recommend Big O, Middletown to all my friends for tires, bulb replacements, oil changes, alignments etc. Thanks Big 'O' for providing such great, customer oriented, auto service!

Pleased Overall, but more attention to detail of cleaning up the engine area from busted coolant hose. Also, more info regarding the "flap" that was covering a big pan under Tahoe that was just pulled off with NO info given as to what or why ?!?! Tom and others are always friendly and helpful, yet I know that more careful attention to DETAILS would go a long long way in my opinion and recommendation of the Service Center !!

Made an online appointment for an alignment and brake fluid flush and it was confirmed right away! This was really important to me because we were leaving the following day to go out of the country for a month. After I had made the appointment, I realized I needed to have a heating issued checked out as well and they accommodated me for that as well. It would take a little more time than originally anticipated but I was promised that the vehicle would be completed that day and they came through with flying colors. The staff who assisted me were very polite and the prices reasonable. Since I'm still rather new in the area, I'm glad I now have a place to take my vehicles where I know I'll receive quality service!

It's a great location, the sales and service staff have always treated me fairly and honestly... because personal transportation is so much a part of my professional and personal life it is important to me that I can trust the servicer of my vehicles.
