This was my first time working with Big O Tires, and was very impressed with the service and professionalism.Mike walked me through all options, set me up with a great set of tires at a very good price, and got everything set up for next day installation.I'll definitely be going back for future needs.

It was easy to set up my appointment and had my new tires on and out the door in an hour.

The experience was great except for the gruesome hunting show that was on the TV. Sports is fine, but this program was sickening to me.

I parked close to the door, was immediately welcomed by the manager, described the issue, checked in using my existing information, got a cup of coffee. Waited about 20 minutes and the screw had been removed from the tire and the tire fixed at a very reasonable price. Waiting room was clean and chairs were even spaced for safety because of Covid-19. I was amazed at how quickly and smoothly the visit went.

The work done on my vehicle was great. I thought the price and labor were also fairly priced. The car drove great after the repair also.
