Big O Tires

First class warranty. I had both front lower ball joints replaced 2 years ago. Drivers side went out probably from all the pot holes due to the winter snow. Big O warranty covered the parts. Big O Middletown KY is the place to go for fast quality service.

I went in for a tire rotation and Charlie told me that I had 0% left on one of my rear brakes. They were able to get new pads and rotors on my car in 45 minutes! They also machined out my front rotors while I was there. Great service and friendly staff. I only go to this Big O location because I've had nothing but amazing service for 5+ years.

Your prices were better than your competitors and Brandon and Mike were fantastic. They answered all my questions and didn't treat me differently for being a female. (Unlike the competitors!) I had a great experience and will definitely be a repeat customer as well as recommend to all my friends. Thanks for making my tire purchase easy and painless.

When I was waiting for my vehicle there was an issue going on with another customer. The customer was being very rude and aggressive. The manager helping him was very professional and handled the situation the best I think someone could. I was very impressed with the staff and how they reacted.

the truck that i brought in for service was my work truck, which i needed ASAP. they took it right in, did the service, had me out of there in an hour. Checked all my fluids, all ok. I will be doing all my needed services there. I have purchased two sets of tires there. i have had brake work done there. i have had some engine work done there also. i am very pleased with the service & price that i have received. I will & have highly recommended to others to take their vehicles there.
