I needed an oil change on my Corvette. It sits very low and I am unable to do the oil change myself. I change the oil on my other cars, but can not do it on this one. I called to see if Big O would do the oil/filter change if I brought my own oil in. They have done this in the past and said they would do it again. My Corvette was treated exactly like I treat it (which is very good). The tech was careful with my car and I appreciate that.

Very professional and courteous employees. The repairs were completed faster than I anticipated which was nice. I will definitely be a return customer and will recommend this store to anyone in need.

Excellent Service!

Very straightforward about price, always willing to diagnose issues. I am thankful that I can take my vehicle and they will find the root cause of the issue, other shops have told me "its the tires making those noises" well at Big-O they determined it was a wheel bearing, not the tires. The associates and employees take pride in their jobs and it shows. I am thankful to have found Big-O and will be a customer for life. Thank you!

The service was first class. The employees were super nice and knowledgeable. I had some concerns about my vehicle and they took the time to listen and advise me about what I could do.

No matter what we need done, we get prompt attention, great service and results that never disappoint.

I came in for a tire rotation and they found one of my brake pads was at 0%. Within 45 minutes they had new pads and rotars installed. I had questions about a shaky steering wheel and they machined out my front rotors while I was here too. I've only ever taken my cars to this location and the friendliness of the staff and their help is why I continue to do so. Thanks guys!
