I had a great experience working with Charlie Fortney. He was courteous, professional and very helpful ; explained what my car most likely needed when I described the symptoms I had noticed. I am always satisfied with service at Middletown big O. I pass several other tire stores on my way there but will stick with Big O. Keep up the good work. Kudos to all the employees.

The employees are always very friendly and professional. There is never an attempt to sell stuff that I don’t need, but they are always thorough with their evaluations and let me know what needs to be addressed and what can wait. The services are always completed in a timely fashion and always done right the first time.
