I had problems with a starter for my 09 Civic I had bought from them and they made it right. I noticed how nice they were to everyone who came in their store. They really have a personal touch. I will definitely go back.

Big O's in Middletown was super fast and professional! When I came in they immediately greeted me and took care of what I needed, which was 2 used tires. They had what I needed in stock and got it finished within 30 minutes and there was even a car in front of me. Super pleased with everything and car is running smooth again! Thanks Big O Tires!

Love the trustworthy staff you have here at the Middletown location. Great group of guys that always shoot me straight and never try to upsell me. I wish I had more things that were as efficient as Big O Middletown.
