Joe, your people are always friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and most helpful. I always have a good experience when I stop by your store. My Jeep is always serviced quickly. The other day I had a tail light out. I stopped by and it was replaced for me very quickly. You can be proud of your people and the service they provide.

Mike, and the entire staff at the Middletown Big O have always treated me great, like family. I don't go anywhere else for my cars to get worked on.

When I called to schedule my appointment, the process was very quick and simple. They found the tires I wanted at a lower price than local competition and got them in stock within a day. Came in for my appointment and was out in no more than a hour.

I had an issue with a tire and they got it fixed quickly and I got an oil change at the same time, so overall got my car fixed up in one visit.

In the age of “minute oil change” companies, I always feel like a better job is done at big o and will continue to take my business there.
