This is my third time at Big O Tires in Middletown, and I am so impressed with the customer service. Thank you for doing a great job.

Mike knew what I wanted and his team delivered quality work. I also bought in cabin air filter and an oil plug. Both items were delivered by their source in a timely manner.

The guys at the Middletown store are great. My buddy Mike has been taking care of my vehicles for many years.

Working with Chris and Dave and the two mechanics is always been great for me and my family I will continue to use Big O as long as I continue to get great service

Love this location. The employees are fantastic and I trust what they say and recommend for my car. Only complaint that i have is that I paid MUCH more than I was expecting after checking out the BigO website first for tires for my car. None of the lower cost tires or tires on the buy 3 get one free were available. But I realize Covid has made things more difficult in obtaining inventory...maybe find way to link your website inventory to specific store inventory?

Son's new tires (purchased at Big O) - losing air in one tire. Your staff was quick to make the repair, fill remaining tires to same level and even help with heat shield loose on muffler causing a rattling sound. Amazing service and more than I expected. This is the reason we are loyal to your store.
