David was very kind and helpful. He greeted me as soon as I walked in and was upfront about wait time (which was only 5 minutes) and he kept us informed throughout the work process. Our technician was quick and efficient. 10/10 recommend!

All my family come to the big O in Middletown. I have been using them for more that 20 years. The front guys are great to work with. Dave, Chris and a new guy to the store Tom. The 2 mechanics are also great. Great guys I trust working on my vehicles and my Kids vehicles. they are Tim and Larry.

I used them a week ago and they serviced my auto professionally and quickly. Kept me informed of the progress, and offered me coffee and television.
