Over the years I have owned and insisted my daughters also use Big O Tires. I've even persuaded my son-in-laws to buy them. Even though their warranty changed a little a few years ago, I've stuck with them in hopes of not having a problem. Recently a problem did arise, and I dreaded having to go in. The problem was with all four tires. I had in mind the outcome I wanted but wasn't sure whether or not it would be met. Well, they exceeded my expectations! I would like to thank Brandon and Joe the store manager for a great experience.

These guys have taken care of me over the years. Even though I have moved out of Middletown I still return because I trust them & receive respect & communication from them. Great store.

Showed up

Brought my car in thinking it might need service on the brakes. They advised me that brakes were okay, it was actually some bushings that needed replaced. BigO advised me then of the cost of the bushings (very reasonable) and the cost of the labor (ugh-whole rear end basically had to be removed). They called back a little later and advised that due to the design of my car (Chrysler and every single thing in that car is a pain to replace) it was going to be even more expensive. Obviously I'm not thrilled with how expensive it ended up being but I appreciate BigO keeping me informed all the way through the process.
