I've been going to the Big O Middletown location since 2004 or so. In all those years I've never encountered service that wasn't outstanding. Thank you.

Made appointment online and it was confirmed via email. A simple process. When I arrived at the location, was greeted and gave my information. They gave me options and pricing. We decided on tires and an oil change and they started working on my car - less than 90 minutes later they were finished and I was on my way. They did a great job.

Mike, Liz, Stefan and Larry are all great to work with. We had to work through a problem with one of our vehicles. They not only kept at it but were very understanding to the frustration that we were experiencing. They went out of there way to get it fixed and the pricing of the work was MORE than fair. I have gone to this store for years they work on not only our personal but business vehicles five in total. Over the years we have had engine, brake, front end and more done always pleased with the results. In addition every set of tires on every vehicle has come from Big O.. most of the time Big O brand but Cooper and Michelin as well. I have never felt pressured to buy any particular brand just the ones that will be best for the vehicle and how it is used. Again THANKS to you all!

In addition to my oil change the tires were rotated and the brakes checked. I had an unusual occurrence with the brakes and it would have been easy to say I needed a brake job even if I didn't need it. I was happy to hear that they were okay and happy to have the tires cleaned up and possibly even had Armorall applied.

Charles greeted me when I arrived and he totally understood what I wanted done to the car (high-speed balance, rotate tires, alignment). I took a short walk to the DQ store for lunch while the car was being serviced. When I arrived back at BIG O, the alignment was just being completed so I took a seat and read my car magazine (I brought it with me). I just finished reading the first article and Charles advised that my car was ready to go. I love this BIG O location. They are really good at what they (you) do.
