I wasn't there for tires or specific service. I had sort of a strange request because I had just had an accident in the vehicle, but the employees were very helpful and courteous and guided me in the right direction to solve my problems. Much appreciated!

Big O Tires Middletown KY, I called to check on purchasing tires and Mike advised they would need to order them and pay for them in advance. (Both are understandable as many people order things and never show up to get them and the tires are not stocked by many places around town and Big O doesnt make a tire in that size.) The tires were in when Mike said they would be, he had the tires installed when he said he would, he had the alignment checked and it need to be aligned, which he had done al before I came back to pick the car up. (Within less than two hours) The young man who checked me out at that desk was informative and helpful, (sorry did not get his name). This is what is missing in a huge part of businesses out there. I had been using this location years ago but moved about 60 miles away so thought trip was too long to make. Now I will be driving the extra miles to get this great service!
