Did not have a scheduled time but I had an oil change and tire rotation. In and out within an hour. Plus when I got home the wife had rand over a nail in the other car, so back I went.Big O fixed the tire in less than 30 minutes when they were very busy. Also I saw the representative treat an older couple with care and expertise. Good people working there!

My alignment was off and they were able to get me in quickly. The tech got the tires aligned. As I was checked out, the service rep showed me a print out of the alignment check before and after. He explained a limitation on what could and could not be adjusted on the rear wheels and how to rotate the tires to minimize uneven wear. The front end was easy to fix and drives straight. Also come with a 1 year warranty; if the car goes out of alignment, I can bring it to any Big O Tires store (or a nationwide affiliate) and they will correct the alignment. I felt like it was a good value.

I was at Big O to have my two front tires checked out. Both tires were broke down and the rims buffed out of the corrosion on them. tires were put back and the leaks were stopped. These guys always do a great job. The office guys Dave, Chris and Charlie and the mechanics Tim and Mike have been taking care of me and my family for years. It is good to know I have folks like all of them that I can trust. All these employees need to be thanked by someone besides me. They deserve all the praise they can get.
