Big O Tires

Everyone is always extremely helpful and kind. Whenever I come to Big O it is a very pleasant experience.

I needed repair of nails in 2 tires, covered by my road hazard protection. There were no issues at all in getting the repair done without cost.

I brought in my 2012 Honda Odyssey to get the passenger side low beam head light replaced. Chris suggested I replace both sides at the same time which I did. I always get great service from all the staff and mechanics. Great folks to deal with.

I always go to this Big O and always get great service at a fair price. Mike is very knowledgeable, treats everyone with respect and does not talk down to you if your knowledge of cars is limited. I never leave feeling like I was taken advantage of or had unnecessary and expensive work done to my car.

Everyone was so professional and friendly. I will drive an extra 30min to go to this Big O because they always take care of me and my family. They also finished my car way earlier than expected which was great.

Just had vehicle serviced today. Was in and out in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and best of all was charged the advertised price without the crazy amount of extra charges most places charge.

I have an old, high mileage vehicle. I am 70 years old. I am a good target for scammers. During a free front end alignment would be a good time for retailers to sell un needed services. I was told my vehicle only needed alignment, and no extra parts! I got 4 new tires, the ones I wanted, and was out the door. Good for you Big-O! I appreciate your prompt service, and honesty! If I outlive these tires, I'll see you again!
