I wanted Michelin A/S 4 ZP run flat tires for my Corvette. They are not usually in stock at any tire store. I inquired about them and Kris told me he could get a set for my car the next day. He gave me a fair price for the tires and installation. He ordered them and the next day they came in. I drove to Big O and Kris assured me that they would take extra care of my Corvette, which they did. I am very pleased with the tires and the care that was taken with my car. Kris answered all of my questions about the tires. It was a pleasant experience. Thanks guys.

Simply put, I was checked-in rapidly, able to grab lunch nearby while service was being performed, and tire was repaired sucessfully, all in about an hour.
