August 24, 2015: I had a slow leak which Big O patched at no charge. I had purchased 4 new tires this past spring and after taking a road-trip I noticed that they weren't balanced and I had paid to have them balanced. When I brought this to their attention during this visit to them, they gladly rebalanced them for me at no charge. So far, so good. My family has used this Big O for years and have always been pleased with the service that we receive.

Tires rotated and oil change occurred, I asked how much time they could get it done and they said 45 min to an hour. I decided to do it and they had me in and out. In general always had a good experience at this location.

I was a former customer and went somewhere else for a savings I thought! I am back for good. Lesson learned. The reps and service people are excellent,caring and efficient. I reccomend your company to everyone. Happy customer Jerry TINDLE

Big O Tires in Middletown has always provided excellent service, and their associates have always been professional and courteous. We will continue to take our vehicles there for dependable products and quality service.

This is my 2nd time bringing my car in for service and I like that Brandon didn't try to upsale me on the tire that didn't have anything wrong with it. This is the experience I had at Michael Tire.

I was not greeted. I stood at the work station 2 minutes before any one spoke to me. But the service was outstanding. And I like a clean store. I brought my lunch to eat and that is important.

They were able to get me in day of for multiple services. Very timely completion, good communication, and I was able to pick my car up day of
