I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for about the past 5 years. So although this was just a routine oil change & tire rotation, they got me in and out quickly. However, they’ve previously helped me with other matters and they earned my trust.

Even though the store looks older and not as dressy as others, it's the great customer service and fast processing of your vehicle in for repair and out back to you to resume your day that makes your store great. Ivan at BigO was exceptional at checking in your customers, and treating them courteously. Highly recommend your store and services!

Every person from front desk to mechanics go out of their way to do the best they can to solve your problems. I have my three company and two personal vehicles maintained by Big O in Middletown for about 30 years now and can say without reservation the products and service are not the only good things here the people are as well!

David was fantastic. Really knows his stuff and communicated very well all options and costs. Suggested an alignment which I had forgotten to ask about. Good thing because I needed it after teen drivers found a new admiration for potholes
