Extremely knowledgeable staff, these guys know their car stuff! Vehicle was ready ahead of scheduled pick up time. They took the time to explain everything that was done and had my new tires on and aligned in a very reasonable amount of time. Big O Tires in Middletown has been taking care of my tire and auto needs since I was 16 years old ... I'm 52 now. Great service and product keeps me coming back. My latest tire purchase went on my daughter's car and my parents are customers there too. Three generations of happy customers. Thank you!
