The staff at the Middletown bigO always go so far above and beyond. David and his team do such a great job on my work vehicle that I have switched my personal vehicle maintenance to them as well. There was even a time during Covid that someone patched my tire for free. I’m only one person but my whole family knows how much I like this place.

I had a screw in my tire and they took me right way the service was great and got me back on the with-in an hour.

Was really surprised when I stopped in on a bad experience at the GMC dealership. The quick response was great. Had me fixed up with a new tire and on my way home in about 20 minutes. Great customer service. Really appreciate it. Thank you.

I originally purchased a set of 4 tires with the Road Hazard warranty from David Ditmer, almost two weeks ago my husband had a blow out, and the only store was in the Lexington area. Traveling up to Louisville on July 27th we experienced a nail in the side wall and David did not hesitate and took care of us right then.

I used to be a customer for many years with big o shelbyville, when Raymond and William left the shelbyville store went downhill and I no longer will give them my business, being a former middeltown resident and my father and I have used your store for years and I'll travel a few extra miles for quality service
