Big O Tires

Been customer at Big O Middletown in Louisville for past 15 years. Extremely obliging easy to work with honest staff. Special shout out to Mike the manager. And their tire warranty is exceptional. Was out of state my tire blew bought a new one. When I got back they reimbursed me for the tire I had bought AND gave me a new Big O tire. Many many examples of great customer service and tire warranty issues over past 15 years.

Came in as a walk-in and staff accommodated me quickly. Staff did not try to sell me products I didn’t seek out and pricing seemed fair. Will return for future maintenance.

I had a tire that needed balancing. Toll it to several other tire dealers and no one could balance the tire right. Went Big O in Middletown Ky and they did a perfect job in balancing the tie that other vendors could not. Service was fantastic. My family will now take all of our cars to Big O in the future. The only place that does it right

The customer service was excellent. Very knowledgeable. Even though I came in just as they were about to close up shop. Everyone put closing the store down to take care of my needs. Which was a simple oil change. Even being the end of the day they still went above and beyound my expectations by making sure to offer to fill my diesel exhaust fluid. That was a service I was not aware of. With service like that I most certainly will be back.
