Big O Tires

Always taken care of quickly and efficiently. Don't trust my tires with any other stores.

I report to this Big O often for maintenance to my vehicle and I leave satisfied and pleased everytime. Customer service is great, wait times are never long and I receive detailed information on my questions and concerns everytime I visit.

I bought my tires at another location, one closer to my home. This location is very close to my work. Due to my work schedule I was having a hard time getting into the Big O close to my house. I gave the Shelbyville Rd store a call and they were understanding and they rotated my tires. Thank you so much!! I'll be coming back to this location for my other services.

Nice experience

Tire rotation was done quickly, communication was pleasant, waiting room was clean and quiet, service was free as advertised, good overall experience! Would go back if in that area and needing service.
