Great knowledgeable staff.

I called and spoke to Tom that my wife would be bringing our car in - the right rear tire picked up a screw or nail. She was on crutches and three weeks post up - i was out of town and gave him a heads up. He was great. Waited for her arrival.

Love my new Big O Tires got 2 new Big O Brand tires on my truck and they ride great. $400+ for two new Big O tires and installation seems a little expensive but as long as the tires hold up for a few years I'll be hapoy.

Always friendly and great service

I was treated very well and kept informed of the issues they ran into during the service (not having the correct oil or oil filter on hand). They had to run out and purchase these items and it added time to the over all service. I attempted to get ahead of it by calling ahead with information but was incorrectly told they had the required items on hand already.

Mike Edwards definitely knows how to treat a customer and gain repeat business. He was professional, prompt and did a great job on our vehicles.

I've been using this location since I moved from CA to KY. The staff has always been quick and thorough. First time seeing it renovated. Will see you again soon.
