I was turned away from the service at the dealership, even though at that moment, all I was asking for was a quick drive to tell me if I was indeed, hearing a bad noise. I drove down to the big O in Middletown, Kentucky, and I hadn’t even finished explaining what it happened when the attendant held out his hand for the keys took my car for a drive came back and said it be in to get the car serviced that morning. I’m so appreciative.

great attitude

Brought a tire in with a slow leak. I was met at the door, and was told they would take a look and get it fixed. It was a very slow leak that I couldn't locate. In the end, you couldn't find the leak but I was told you removed the tire, cleaned the rim, and the valve stem. I wasn't charged anything, and the tire hasn't leaked an ounce since then. The only reason I scored a 4/5 on customer service is the tire was put in the back of my truck and I sat for 15 minutes before anyone realized the work was done. Thanks!!!

I have always been satisfied at every visit. The front office staff is always great to deal with. Dave and Chris are great as well as the younger Chris. The mechanic Tim, is as good as they come. After 22 years coming to Big O I am completely satisfied. All my family have been to your store.
