Kris was attentive and acknowledged what my service needs were. The team diagnosed the problem and offer and clear solution and estimate to complete. Parts were ordered and received quickly and the repair was scheduled immediately. Even when the repair progress hit a snag everything was communicated to me and I was kept informed the whole way.
