Been doing business with this BigO for twenty five years. Have no reason to go anywhere else.

I came back to this location after a tech pulled a nail out of my tire for free (no tire damage). I felt like the service I received was honest. As a woman who doesn’t know anything about cars, the fact that I felt the people working with me were trust worthy was everything. So I came back for the oil change when my normal place couldn’t take me. I’ll keep coming back because of the honesty and fair pricing, with no one trying to find ways to up charge me.

They made me feel very comfortable caring for a new car to the market, my model 3 Telsa. They took the time to understand the car and were very careful with all and was super quick.

My choice of Big O is based on past experience so I was pretty sure all would go well again! Service for 4 new tires went without delay and I was off to show everyone my new tires! Of course they felt different in steering, handling, and braking. A little over a week later I came out of a store to find my right rear tire flat. I was able to inflate it enough to visit Big O for repair. A small screw was the cause and soon I was on the road again, feeling the assurance of Big O's product and warranty! Thanks for all the friendly and efficient staff!

I had an issue with an oil line and the manager David at this big O location went out of his way to locate another big O location that could help me because they were backed up. He also called a gave me a number to call a wrecker, and gave me something to clean up the oil spil in my garage. He went beyond helping, great customer service!

the mechanic test drove my car and immediately knew what the problem was....service was scheduled and work was completed on time as promised....very satisfied with the work done.....would recommend to a friend.

Picked up a mail in a new tire. I was concerned that I should replace the tire. Staff assured the Big O repair would be fine. Service writer had a mechanic double check the puncture before proceeding. Fast service, reasonable price for repair. Saved me the cost of a new tire! Thanks!
