Came here on recommendation of friend. I have had several bad experiences with other service garages, and I feel I have found a decent garage worth the drive to have service. Everyone did a very good job!

I have been a customer of the Middletown store for several years and occasionally visit the Westport Road store as we have moved to the edge of PeWee Valley. Without exception the staff of both stores have always responded in a positive, professional manner and the service has been excellent.

The Middletown, KY Big-O store always gives me prompt, reasonably priced service. My wife, son and I are all taking our vehicles there for various services. They always communicate what they will do, and never try to take advantage of the customer, thereby earning repeat business down the road. Good news travels fast!

Straight forward, in and out, friendly people, and did an inspection on my brakes and a free tire rotation. Did not take terribly long and definitely trust the people working there.
