If the folks at NASCAR are looking for a good pit crew, they need not search further the gang at Big O Tire at Shelbyville Road in Middletown. I picked up a screw in my part, causing a slow loss of air every night. I put the problem off to get fixed as I thought the wait and time it would take to make the repair would be so long. (Such was my experience at other Tire Places). But, not so at Big O!. I got in quick as could be and before I could even get settled in the waiting room, the Service Manager said it was all done. Bravo! You guys are the best

I did not have an appointment and was quoted an hour and given how busy they were, I was pleased with that. They completed repairing my tire in about 30 minutes. They were efficient and personable.

Great group of guys over there. Only complaint (not really a complaint) is that you do have to wait awhile for anyone to help you. They are always very busy!
