Big O Tires

I have been taking my car to Big O ever since I got new tires for oil changes and tire rotations. I have always felt like Big O was fair with their prices and not pushy. I needed new brakes and was told exactly what I had to do that day to be safe. I am a single mom who is on a strict budget. I appreciate the knowledge of the technicians. Thank you!

I have been a customer of the Middletown, KY store for over twenty years. I have had my business and personal vehicles serviced here and my daughter has as well. I have 95% of the time over this time never had a problem and when I did the issue was always resolved.

I had an excellent experience at this location. After recently having multiple terrible experiences at the location on Shepherdsville Road I considered not returning to another Big O for future needs. I am glad I had this experience. Everyone was friendly and professional, the location was spotless, and employees appeared to enjoy working together and enjoyed their jobs. They were very helpful with other customers over the phone as well. Great experience.
