I was in a hurry due to a appointment I had scheduled with one of my roofing customers. A screw had punched my tire and was losing air quickly. It just so happens that a Big O Tires store was right down the road. I was worried that I was going to be late for my appointment due to have to have my tire repaired. I pulled into Big O Tires and to my surprise they had me on the road in no time. I received the best service in a very timely manner. Needless to say made it to my client with time to spare. They communicate with you about what they are doing before, during and after. Nice and friendly employees. They get straight to the point with what you want when some places will add charges for things you don't need or ask for. BIG O IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!

The entire staff is very pleasant. I felt no pressure to purchase anything. I was kept involved with the service options and maintenance plan. I was offered different payment options when the service was completed. I have already referred several people.
