Ripoff meddled in car broke window kept car all day they even change my review crooks

Love the service and quickness of how they got my car done

I came into the store with an issue with a tire and received no help at all. I was also told I didn't purchase the tire from the store when I most certainly did and the receipt wad in your system. The serial number from the tire was different from what was listed in the receipt bc your employees listed the same exact serial number twice for 2 tires. This was the worst experience ever and I will NEVER bring a vehicle or recommend your store to anyone! I plan to post on social media as well as blog about my experience to my peers.

I am always pleased with the professionalism of this staff while still maintaining that persoanl touch. I always feelthat I am getting a faie evaluation and offered competitive pricing for the services.

Received a 1500 estimate. Never mentioned my wheel bearing was 3/4 gone. how do u miss that? I would like my money back.

Made a 9am appointment because I have to be at work at 11am & was told b4 I made the appointment that it would take about an hour to put on the 4 tired & do the oil change. It's now 9:45 & it's still in the parking lot so thanks for making me late for work. This place used to be the BEST. Now I don't recognize anyone. Think I'll try Outer Loop location next time

Have more trouble than before I went in. They won't fix problems

Timing is not resistance to this location, maybe 26+ days ago I thought I ruined this cart oil and gas tank parts rehab. I didn't at all we extra concern from cane run road big o.

They did not honor my lifetime tire warranty. I only had my tires for two months.....

The staff always makes my visit as delightful as it can be!

I went in there with one problem and they charged me 1000.00 to fix all these other issues. My car still isn't fixed all they did was add coolant and give me and oxygen sensor that did not work, I ended up taking my car back out there the next day because the sensor was faulty. My check engine light is still on they reassured me that what I paid for was all I needed fixed. I'm very upset they took all my money and my car still has the same problem. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone they charged me over 500.00 just in labor I would like to speak to someone in corporate about the matter

Jeff was incredibly rude. I explained that I had an alignment about a month ago and now I was experiencing a squeak. He acted as if I were stupid to think it had anything to do with the alignment in the first place. He offered a complimentary inspection but said if they didn't hear the squeaking or if they were unable to see anything they wouldn't be able to tell me what was wrong with it. When I got back to get my car I was told that it was probably the back breaks but was unsure because they didn't do a full inspection. To top off the bad experience I was charged $43 for the inspection that I told was going to be complimentary. I told Jeff that he offered me the inspection for free but he argued that he would only do it for free had the alignment been the problem. So I left your store feeling disrespected, lied to and with no answers. I took my car to Ken Towery and got excellent customer service and answers and they were able to fix my issues for a little more than Jeff charged me for a "complimentary " inspection. I will not be back to this store because of the way I was talked to and treated.

Customer service was great I called looking for one specific tire and they searched pretty much all day until they find the tires I wanted for my truck they did a great job five stars all day

If you are not open on Sunday don't say that you are on your website!!!

I went in for one thing but they done more than what i wanted to hve done to my car.. I made it clear jus i was selling my in tha nxt few wks nd didnt need alot done.. Long story short i ended spending over $1,981.70 i didnt hve .. My car worth $1,300 book value but spent ova $1900.. I DIDNT APPROVE OF THA OTHER STUFFED HE FIXED..

My wait was not long not only did I get a oil change that they checked the tires and made sure everything was ok. I usually drink that great coffee they have but my service was fast. Thanks
