I stopped in because I thought my back passenger tire had a leak. The employee behind the desk was quick to ease my concerns and took my car in right away. There was a hole in the tire that was quickly repaired and the cost was extremely affordable. Great experience overall!

I came initially just to put some air in my tires in one car, while I was dealing with a dead battery in another (bad car day). They helped me promptly and cheerfully with that - free service. Who doesn’t love that? But then they went above and beyond to help me with my battery problem with my other car - actually helping me to jump it to be able to bring it into the Big O store. I was blown away by that kind of willingness to help a customer!

The service was very good. The problem with the accelerator was solved quickly, and the thermostat just needed some water added.
