Big O Tires

I guess it was because it was late in the day, and everyone wanted to go home (my tires didn't arrive until a couple minutes to 6:00 PM). But I thought that with brand new tires this would have been the perfect time to check alignment. I am taking it to the dealership this week anyway so Ford will take care of the other items. Your team member gave me his opinion of the difference between the BIG O tire and the Michelin tires that came on the car. Of course you are going to get the quality that you pay for, with the Michelin tire (which was about $250.00 more for the set than the BIG O tire). But to be honest with you, after driving about a hundred miles on your tire, I am very pleased with its quietness. The Michelin tire may be a little better quality, but I think I am going to like your tire better. I am looking forward to some rain to see how much better it will hold the road, as your team member stated. From the tread pattern I feel I will enjoy a much better ride all around thanks to your people. But your people are exactly why I have been dealing with your store since I moved back to Louisville, back in 1980, back when your store was way in Cane Run Rd, a pretty run down area. But I like quality, dependability, and honesty. That describes your store. Thank you, Patrick O'Neil

You all at Big O Tires are awesome! I was greeted as soon as I entered the store at 8 a.m. sharp! I wanted to get some AC installed rather than all the parts that were required to get my front end repaired and Joe was like, "I want you to be safe rather than comfortable." And I really appreciated that because it showed that he cared and didn't just want my business. The store is always clean! Way to go guys and gal! My car got done the same day and that made me so happy! The salesman told me that he could not make any promises that it would be done same-day and I appreciated that; however the mechanics were on their job and made it happen. I trust you all with my car and love you all!

The workers are always so nice even when they have rude customers like they did that day I was there. Very friendly. The best Big O Tires I've been to.

Overall experience was excellent and store was very clean, however the technician needs to be aware of grease on his uniform or cover the seat with something. He left some grease on the leather seat which came off with a little leather cleaner and rubbing.

Joe was kind, helpful, and worked in my best interest!
