I was acknowledged as once as I entered the store. The staff was polite. my car was serviced promptly.

The guys at front desk are kind, professional, informative, and always ready to service me. I get there early and they get me in & out. Fair prices, I will always choose Big O over Valvoline. I’m a female and I never feel like they are trying to “get over” on me like some mechanics will do. The team is honest & knowledgeable. I trust them, and trust is a big deal when choosing an establishment to service your vehicle. Top notch crew at the Cane Run Road establishment.

No wonder there is a line of folks waiting at the door before this place opens in the morning. The staff are so kind. My only issue is that the girl who drives your car out of repair bay and back into parking lot shoves driver's seat forward to fit herself and leaves the adjustment that way, so that I can barely scrunch in to fix it. (I'm tall.)
