I bought tire with warranty for my wife's vehicle, she had a flat when leaving work, she came to store and it was resolved at no cost.

For the ease of service I received was great and I didn’t have to wait hours thats what made a big difference to me .

I sauntered in around 11:45 AM not knowing how long it would take to rotate my tires that an email reminder had suggested to get done at no charge. Greg attended to my service, answered all my needed questions, and had me out of there in just about an hour. There was no charge. Service like that will always be rewarded with my return!

They didn’t push things to get done on my vehicle that were not broken at this big o tires, the big o on shepherdsville road did and were not honest they said there was parts wrong with my vehicle and actually they were not so I greatly appreciate the honesty at this location. Also I’m a mechanic and I knew that there were no issues I so grateful that some people In this world don’t take advantage of people that other store needs something done that is unacceptable

Very courteous and attentive staff. Lindsey is the best!! I did have to wait for parts so my appointment was not really and in and out deal.
