Big O Tires

I have received nothing but quality service whenever I have walked into Big O.

I came for an oil change and they found 2 of my tires were damaged. They replaced them under warranty. They were fantastic. They went to the warehouse to get the tires while I waited.

I chose this location for the convenience. I set up my apt online. After arriving I was greeted in a friendly and timely manner. I advised the reason for my visit and the associate provided me with an estimated wait time. When the services were complete I received a call and was able to check out in a timely manner. Will definitely return!

I previously submitted a review. This was my first time at this location. I could not be more pleased with how I was treated and the service I got. We have been to other big O locations and I've always liked the service, but bar none, this was our very best experience. Can't say enough about how I was treated. Honest, helpful, fast. Thank you to everyone there.

I arrived at your store on Friday 04/24/2020 five minutes before they closed with a flat tire.They said sorry but the compressor was already turned off.They said they could keep my tire and repair it first thing in the morning, I said I have to be at work at 8:30 in the morning. They told me no problem we open at 8:00. When I got there at 8:00 the employee already had the tire repaired, he put it on my car right away. I work for the Post Office, they said thanks for your essential service. GREAT SERVICE!!! Thanks. You have a great team their Brent.

I sauntered in around 11:45 AM not knowing how long it would take to rotate my tires that an email reminder had suggested to get done at no charge. Greg attended to my service, answered all my needed questions, and had me out of there in just about an hour. There was no charge. Service like that will always be rewarded with my return!

Not a negative thing to say they took good care of me and had me taken care of in under two hours. 10/10

They didn’t push things to get done on my vehicle that were not broken at this big o tires, the big o on shepherdsville road did and were not honest they said there was parts wrong with my vehicle and actually they were not so I greatly appreciate the honesty at this location. Also I’m a mechanic and I knew that there were no issues I so grateful that some people In this world don’t take advantage of people that other store needs something done that is unacceptable
