I have received nothing but quality service whenever I have walked into Big O.

Affordable and was done in a timely manner the associate told me about the buy 3 get 1 sale

I chose this location for the convenience. I set up my apt online. After arriving I was greeted in a friendly and timely manner. I advised the reason for my visit and the associate provided me with an estimated wait time. When the services were complete I received a call and was able to check out in a timely manner. Will definitely return!

I previously submitted a review. This was my first time at this location. I could not be more pleased with how I was treated and the service I got. We have been to other big O locations and I've always liked the service, but bar none, this was our very best experience. Can't say enough about how I was treated. Honest, helpful, fast. I arrived at your store on Friday 04/24/2020 five minutes before they closed with a flat tire.They said sorry but the compressor was already turned off.They said they could keep my tire and repair it first thing in the morning, I said I have to be at work at 8:30 in the morning. They told me no problem we open at 8:00. When I got there at 8:00 the employee already had the tire repaired, he put it on my car right away. I work for the Post Office, they said thanks for your essential service. GREAT SERVICE!!! Thanks. You have a great team their Brent.
