I got new tires for my car and they completed the installation quicker than I expected. Everything was ready when I got there.

I brought my car to BigO last Saturday because I had a slow leak. As they always do, the people who work there were able to solve my problem (a nail) without any problem. However, when I got my bill, I noticed that it was for $0.00. When I went back to the counter to get that corrected, I was told that they weren't charging me because of the Pandemic!!! I was completely blown away, I've not heard that from any other business and, as I told the nice man, I felt like I should be paying more!

Jordan Dalton was very helpful and super nice helped me with a flat tire of a Chevrolet spark 2017. Very thankful for a customer service and employee like him. Thank so much

Super nice employees and fast service

I was concerned about a "hum" I was hearing and it was also time for me to get my tires rotated. I was able to get my tires rotated fairly quickly . They suggested that my "hum" was not tire related. They offered options on where to go to get it investigated and fixed.
