Ran over something on the highway and blew out a new tire. Big O was fast and friendly and got me taken care of quickly.

Everything was gone over and explained thoroughly before work was started. 4 new tires are a big cash out lay for my wife and I. We are both retired. Close to 1000 dollars is a lot. I have had several sets of Big O brand tires , they have served me well. Also their warranty can't be beat.

Associate (Tom) answered the phone when I called with a flat tire. He said they had time to look at it that day if I could get it to the store. Upon arrival he was courteous, informative & provided great service in his recommendation. He called the next morning to inform me my car was ready for pickup. The cost was exactly what he had explained it would be.

I felt the replacement of my tires went smoothly. It helped that with the purchase of three tires the 4th tire was free. The pickup was easy as I could pay for the tires over the phone using my credit card.
