NORMAN WAS EXCELLENT BUT DOUBLING THE LABOR COSTS FOR JOBS CAUSED ME TO LOOK FOR A MORE INEXPENSIVE MECHANIC. I SO WANTED TO CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH NORMAN WHO IS A SUPERIOR MANAGER JOB WELL DONE. BUT LABOR SHOULD NOT BE DOUBLED IN PRICE BUT LOWERED CAUSE COST TO ME WAS TOO HIGH TO RETURN.
