first... very easy to make an appointment. second ... I've been there many times, and your manager Norm is a very good guy. third... I never get the feeling like they're trying to sell me something I don't need very good people. plus, the shop is close to my house and that is something I like

My oil change was done at my appointment time. I was only there 1/2 hour. Everything was explained to me on what else needs to be done on my car.
