Thanks to Midas my car runs great. The best part due to heavy work my car is under warranty. The Nellis location gives clear and full explanation of the problem and the resolution.Thanks Midas for a great job done onmy car.

Multiple competent points of contact. Communicated clearly in all matters, including price. Reasonable common-sense points of contact (i.e. not legalistic or overly corporate). Professional human beings there. (that's getting rare now-a-days).

Someone was there to help me keep my appointment and I did not have to wait. Another procedure was recommended and the person at the front desk let me know immediately and told me how much it would be. He also offered me coffee since I was waiting for my vehicle.
